For which course should I opt for between B.Sc honors in nursing or B.EL.ED in terms of good scope?

I am a 12th pass student with PCMB scoring 73% overall in board exams. I have appeared for AIPMT-2016 but the chances of passing the exam is almost zero. Therefore, I want to go for some other undergraduate courses.
