For which IITs can I apply in India? My profile: 10th-8.8 CGPA, Diploma-77.56%, graduation-75% and 89.51 %ile in CAT.
I have got 42 in VRC, 96 in DILR and 98 in quant in CAT.

You will not be able to apply for IITs as the cutoff is usually above 92 percentile, also your score in VRC is very low.
