Frankly Speaking I am confused between HR and operations can you give me a rough idea about both courses ?
Can You recommend me some good colleges for the same with good placements ? What do you think is the future of the corporate world is it HR or Operations ? I am giving CAT by the year end...which all exams should i give ? MAT,XAT ? any other ? I would be pleased to receive a reply from you.... :)

gunjan... hr and operations are all together a very different concept..hr deals with human and their behaviour in an organisation where as operations deals with activities and functioning of office or if in techincal feild then functioning of machines. to understand better concept u can see some vid

A HR Manager operations is responsible for all the operational activities in the HR function which may include but not limited to -
Handling Recruitments, Leave and Attendance, Employee Grievances, MIS, basically day to day HR operations
Where as Manager Operations is a much wider role
