Frankly speaking,, Im not a clinical psychologist. How can I make a person realize that what he does when he minds wrongly is wrong?

I m Mrs. Nalini Muralidharan, an Arts Graduate in Philosophy. I ve learnt clinical psychology as a degree student. I got a sure feeling that I can guide people and their attitudes after learning their behaviour problems. Kindly suggest a suitable post that could be possible an ascetic or counsellor.
