friends i am thinking of to crack CAT this year,but i am in dilemma. i am having almost 6 months. do u think 6 months are sufficient for CAT
i am goin for TIME for the preprtn of CAT. do tell me plz my decision is right. actually m nt sure....m lacking confidence. plz help me. i want to know dat 6 months r ok or nt....or i shud go for a long term course of cat???

Normally we recommend around six months of preparation for the CAT exam. Having been a CAT trainer for 15 years, this is the time frame, which an average student, requires for preparation. However, it depends on the profile, of the person also. When we say six months, we are not saying you need to

Well if you are looking for lateral placements , then let me tell you that the cutoff is 10 months in IIMC, but for other IIMs, its 18+ months. On that account you would be a fresher and not eligible for laterals. but still you could give a good fight in final placements.
