Friends, i want to ask if a person has 45% in graduation and having 1year of experience, so can he get admission in a good MBA college.?

You can definitely get admission in a reputed B School. You can look at giving your NMAT ( for Narsee Monjee ) , FMS ( for Faculty of Management Studies) and XAT (lot of reputed B Schools accept XAT scores)
