Hi Samiurrahman Shaikh,
As correctly said by Rexmty, you are eligible to apply for the IAF after completing your B.E degree but this will also depend on the vacancies that are available and based on the eligibility required, one can apply for the same.
Also you can opt to write the CDS exam under t

Yes you can Join Merchant Navy but as Nautical Officer as Engineer Officers requires Mechanical Engineering . http://www.shipindia.com/careers/A_Career_at_Sea.aspx
