From 1st October 2020, the 5th phase of VIT counselling is starting. Can I get Vellore ECE with a 9100 rank in category 1?

Yes you can get ECE branch based on your options of filling in counselling. There will conduct nearly 11 counselling. So you can get your option in another round and if it is not possible then in 2nd round. So don't lose hope.
