From where can I pursue a distance/online degree/certificate course in Electronics Security Systems like CCTV,Access Control,Fire Detection

I am a B.Tech(ECE) graduate and have more than 2 years of experience in Electronics Security Systems Industry . I want to know if any university in India offers professional course in this filed. If not in India, Please suggest me some foreign university for the distance/online course.
