From where i can do my private HSC? Shall i get adimmission in reputed collage after private HSC?

At present i am in 11th AS Level. I found it difficult to clear it and i dont want to spoil my year on it . So shall i change my collage? I want to continue my study in HSC mumbai. So what shall i do? Shall i get admission in reputed collage after private hsc?
