From where should I pursue a 1-year Diploma in sociology as I want to go abroad? I have done BA.

Normally, for Diploma programme, you will not get any student visa. You can go for UK for one year post graduate degree programme. Many universities offer your stream.

You have good dreams and you must work hard to achieve these. Firstly check with college where you did your BA about this diploma that you want to do.
Else you can do the same by distance education through IGNOU.
