From where should I pursue CFE course? Do ICICI financial learning and Frankfurt School of Finance and Management offer this course?

I scored 60% in my B.Tech from Pune University. Currently, I am working in Mercedes-Benz, India as facility manager (on contract basis). I have work experience of 1 year and 7 months.
