    Hi,
It depends on you whether you want to pursue it from Private or Government colleges. Private colleges have higher fees but you can do M.Sc. From Government colleges in a lower fee and can get a placement if you do from top colleges. There is an exam IIT JAM conducted for M.Sc. Admission in top colleges of India like IITs, NITs, IISc, etc. You can appear in this exam if you are eligible and wish to do M.Sc. From such top colleges.

It doesn't really matter. It's upto you and your financial availability. The M.Sc. Degree is held in equal respect, be it from a private college or government.

Everyone knows that private colleges have higher fees than the government. Ones. But these colleges give a lot facilities to their students as far as studies are concerned. No doubt there are government. Colleges that offer very good teaching and placements too. If you wish to do M.Sc. You can choose any college under Delhi University, without a doubt. You will have awesome experience. You just need to be focused and confident and choose any college, be it private or government.
