From where to start of develop base of English. What material is required to start development from basic to fluent. will you guide me.

i am studying in S.Y. B.A from Y C M Open University, Nashik. preparing for MPSC. Interested in UPSC. But i have hesitation that i am from rural area hence i can't speak fluent in english.

    Hi,
    Well I may suggest you with the following options:-
    Speak without Fear- Learning English requires practice. Don't let a little fear stop you from getting what you want.
    Using as many different sources, methods and tools as possible, will allow you to learn faster.
    Surround Yourself with English- Take notes in English, put English books around your room, listen to English language radio broadcasts, watch English news, movies and television.
    You can expand your vocabulary and hear the flow of speech from the actors. If you listen to the music and even news to hear different accents.
