From the college itself. There will be no difference as far as company and placements are concerned. Companies visiting the campuses are least bothered about the degree or diploma an individual is holding. All they(company) is interested in various traits such as skills, hard work, smart work, innovation, complete involvement, ownership and managing things in an effective and efficient manner. Apart from corporates, in case of government jobs, degree of MBA is a must. In addition to that, If an individual wants to go for Ph.D., the degree of same is required. You will get the degree from IBS Gurgaon . Difference is huge as it is a totally different college in a different city with different placements than IBS Hyderabad . If IBS gurgaon would receive the same degree as IBS hyderabad then why would Delhi people opt for IBS Hyderabad and there should not be any difference in fee structure either . Just my 2 cents :)

You will get the degree of PGPM from gurgaon, this degree is not considered as post graduate degree if you want to pursue PHD in near future. that's it not other difference.
