From which all teachers should I get my LOR?

    LOR is reference form your teachers to say about you. You can get from any of your teaching faculty in institution letter head. Refree's email id and phone number contact details should be there.

    That would depend on which course you are applying for. For instance, if you are planning to do Masters in Data Analytics, then taking a LOR from a professor who has taught you that subject makes sense. Simillarly, for bachelors in science course, a recommendation letter from a mathematics teacher makes more sense as compared to an English teacher and it would be opposite in case you were planning to take up an English Literature course.
