Hi Daksh,
That would depend on which course you are applying for. For instance, is you are planning to do Masters in Data Analytics, then taking a LOR from a professor who has taught you that subject makes sense. Simillarly, for bachelors in science course, a recommendation letter from a mathematics teacher makes more sense as compared to an English teacher and it would be opposite in case you were planning to take up an English Literature course.
