full time MBA v/s full time executive mba

hey i m 26yrs old asst mgr at icici bank i want to pursue a full time MBA. i scored 100 in mh-cet, not a good score i also came across 15 month exec pgdm of wellinkars i liked that option too could u pls suggest few more similar course. or it is better to do full time mba.
