After the completion of your BSc programme, obtain a master's degree in Physics/ Astronomy/Astrophysics. After the successful completion of MSc, one can clear NET and go for specialization in astronomy/astrophysics leading to Ph. D. which enables one to become an astronomer/ astronaut/ astrophysicis
