Gap between 10th and 12th.

I did my 10th in 2010 from CBSE Board and in 12th I got compartment in maths and got re compartment and did not give any further exams and did my 12th from NIOS in 2019, scored 8.5 in Listening, 7.5 in speaking And 6.5 reading & writing. Am I still eligible to pursue higher studies in Canada.
