Gate'13 Qualified with 688 Marks. Wanna do specialization in Information Security(Computer Science).Which are the best Institutes?

Gate 13 Rank: 416 BTech marks:80% Course: Computer Science and Engg Desired Specialization : Information Security I dont want to go iit's as they giving only general CSE. But NIT Calicut is giving InfoSec. Is there any better institutes which admits based on Gate Score? Can i get NITC in First Rnd?
