GATE score 353, ECE, st category. In the spot round A I got offer from IIT Dhanbad (vlsi). Should I wait for IIT kgp in next spot round B.

In IIT kgp chances are less but I think you should try becuase there is round c also in which IIT mandi will participate. Good luck.

Go for round B only if you are not happy with IIT Dhanbad VLSI because each round is a decisive round thus if you will go to the next round you will lose this seat. Try to get information about round A cut off of IIT kgp and if your score lies very near to it then you may take the chance. The final
