Well, A university is good when it provides quality education, it has good placement track and in industry it has acceptance.
Gautam Buddha University is not amongst the top ranked institutes in India. It is not even accredited by NAAC.

We dont say a university is good or not. all the institutions is good in india (Regular mode of study). then what kind of aspect you need like placement, result, etc., reply me. then only i can able to answer.

Every University is good by its own standards. If you want to know about it specifically then you need to clearly mention the parameters on which you are wanting to know this university's worth.
