We should not lie to the boss and endanger the company's well-being. We should not be rude, no doubt. But, we should not deliberately bluff. We have our own conscience to look after. Moreover, we should not allow our analysis to go wrong.

No, I don't think that the boss is always right. If we have an opinion which is against him, we should try to convince him. If he still thinks that he's right then we should just agree with him.

The boss is not always right. If you feel you are right, you can stand up to your boss and make your point. It is not necessary that you need to agree with everything that your boss says. In fact, he might appreciate a different perspective and prefer that over someone who keeps saying yes to everything. Believe in yourself, and stand up for yourself when required.

We should never say he is wrong straight. If it comes to that, practice on Polite English. None is wrong right away. There is a way of saying something.

Boss is always right, if you have no brain or don't want to use your brain.
Secondly, if your prior experience says that boss decisions are productive. Then boss is always right.
Otherwise do your homework well. And put your point of view clearly and straightforward. Holds correct in present scenario.
And even boss today, are of young generation.
