get entry in colleges for b. a with only 66% in cbse board

sir, i have got only 66% in cbse board and i want to do graduation with b.a from a better college... i want to keep english or geography as my honours paper.... can u please suggest me some colleges so i can get entry most easily.. and study there.... please sir...
