Get information about degree

Hi myself Deepak, telecom engineer, i cant able to complete my MSC electronic Sc due to one paper not cleared, all chances to give exam over, now no chances, but i want to take a degree, can i get any advantage of MSC and BSc to get Btech or any other equivalent degree in short time . pls help
