What is the recognition of LCGI in Electrical Engineering in India?
The LCGI is Licentiateship award qualification/professional senior award qualfication of city & guilds Institute London,Is LCGI in electrical Engineering recognised in India for employment/appointment or further study perpose,if this is recognised please send me a copy of letter

The City & Guilds of London Institute (CGLI) is one of the leading global organizations, providing vocational education and training. Its vocational qualifications are recognized worldwide. Its certificate is a widely accepted qualification in Europe and Gulf region. Established in 1878 with just 202 candidates, CGLI now issues over a million certificates every year to candidates in nearly 100 countries. Its main work involves preparing syllabuses in technical subjects, establishing standards to be attained, preparing study lessons and conducting examinations and other forms of assessment of measure the performance of candidates against standards.
