You should first of all be clear with your syllabus which is NCERT.
Refer to Arihant Prakashan which also has last yrs question papers -
you should prefer NCERT Books first.
In advance TMH for math and HC verma +Pradeep for physics and arihant for chemistry (be carefull it contains some errors) and last years question papers. -
