Hi, Yamini. This is Ayush from Mumbai. Your case is similer to mine as I did my graduation in Hindi medium and after that 2 years of job.(No reguler touch with studies)Later I did my MBA (Full time - Pune University)and faced the same problem.You should follow the plan wchich I prepared for me:
1. Give 15 days for brush up your Grammer concepts (Tense,Active Passive and Direct Indirect)
2. Join a english speaking institute to give atleast 1.5 hours a day(For Two Month)
This will enhance your confidance and approach.
3.Carry a dictionery software for saving your time in searching words.(It was really boaring for me)

Please note that MBA and PGDBA is different. Please confirm from your boss whether PGDBA will full fill MBA requirement or not?
As per scdl concern, exam is very easy. I am in III sem. All you need to acquire knowledge of every subject from private tusion because you are not have commerce background you may face major difficulties while study. Apart from this you can avail PCB Vedio Lecture etc from scdl will help in your study

Before i give u a solution for your question i would say in order to survive in this competitive world you need to have good communication skills, u need to have command over English. So there is no point of collecting a degree unless u deserve it. MBA is a management course where u need to have command over English so better join some English learning institutes. And as far as your problem (Sims Exam) is concerned then you can search on google, u can easily find sample papers, download them, study them as most of the question (near bout 70% ) comes from them only.
