there are many features effecting in an interview.some of them are:-
1.eye contact
2.answer with confidence
3.speak with clearly
4.look gently -
be confident -
Hi, dont get frustrated if you are not aware of the answer.
Be bold and tell him frankly that you dont know.
Tell where you are interested and knowledge.
Walk slowly,
Speak smoothly and boldly,
Behave politely,
Thank them if they appreciate you.

AS THE NAME INTERVIEW IS HEARD,MOST OF THE PEOPLE GET CONFUSED,NERVOUS BUT IS NOT DIFFICULT AS IT FEELS.DURING INTERVIEW THE INTERVIEWER MOSTLY WATCHES THAT HOW MUCH CONFIDENENT OF THE CANDIDATE.I HAVE AN BEST EXAMOLE FOR U.SUPPOSE THEY ASK YOU HOW MANY BUTTONS R ON UR SHIRT SO DON'T GO ON COUNTING JUST SAY 5 OR 6 B'COZ HE WILL NOT COME AND COUNT THAT BUTTONS BUT HE SEES HOW ACTIVE U ARE.?
so don't get confused.!!

FIST OF ALL YOU MAKE YOURSELF CONFIDENT THAT YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING AND A HUMAN BEING DO EVERY THING THAT's WHY YOU DO EVERY THING. AFTER GETTING CONFIDENCE YOU GO NEAR THE MIRROR AND PRACTICE TO ANS. THE QUESTION. AFTER THAT TRY WITH YOUR FRIEND AND MAKE YOUR MIND YOUR ARE THE BEST YOU DO EVERY THING BECAUSE YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING. -
"I CAN DO ANYTHING " THIS SHOULD BE FIRST THINKING .CARRY YOURSELF IN A PROPER WAY. DO NOT HOLD YOUR HANDS EITHER IN FRONT OR AT THE BACK.YOU MAY SOMETIMES NOT KNOWING THE ANSWER DO NOT TRY TO FOOL THEM OFF BY GIVING SOME RUBBISH ANSWERS. TRY TO BE HONEST MOST OF THE TIME .ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR INTREVIEW.

firstly b confident n don't b nervous,n don't think ki samne wala fool hai.gve correct ans.or either say sorry if u don't knw the ans.n don't do blunders.all the vry best. -
just face the interview as if u have not to work in the org.
if u think so u will never get nervous out of things but always go prepared of the ques. b,coz logic behind my suggestion is that it gives a repulsive attitude,and u behave more confident when u think an enemy is on other side. just try it.
