Hi normally in order to enrol for a degree programme at the under-graduate level, the minimum eligibility criteria is that you need to have passed your 10+2.  For diploma programmes the eligibility is more relaxed, however for most you need to still have passed your 10th class exams.  Our suggestion

Hi Sir, I have completed my B.Com examinations by 2002-2005 distance education under Calicut University. But, I am unable to clear 3 papers. So, please confirm I could get my course completion certificate and if so, what is the procedure?

University of Calicut (and some Universities in Tamilnadu) offer graduation to those who have completed 16 years of age and do not have formal qualifications. You may have to clear an entrance examination.

I did not complete class 10th in my 17 year of age. Even, I have some family problems in my past years, now I want to complete class 10th. Currently, my age was 32, if have any ways to complete class 10th and intermediate.
