i think mba course is better option after b.com.if your life is busy no time 4 spend much time in classes.there is lot of university offering half time classes or short term duration(distance learning )education.

Make sure to do only master degree after graduation like M.com MBA etc. optiong for diploma courses are more useful like PGDCA, PGDBM
If you are deciding to setle in foreing countries like australia canada etc then only Bachelar degree and master degree will consider not diploma courses

It will depend uponn ur carrier interest as well as on ur financial condition. If u go for MBA from an average Business scholl than u have to spend around 5-7 lacs on it and if u opted M.com than it is much cost efficient than MBA. Work experience in both the field helps in getting job.
