i think MBA is the best option after b.com and any one intrested so C.A also good

better you can opt for M.com or MBA,even many short term or autonomous certification will be helpful to getting a job.

From my point of view M.B.A in H.R is the best course after B.com.Because there are many demand for the reqrutment in many companies.So it is very use full to us.Than after U can do C.s.(compny secratary) it is use full for your company.
