Hi, Summer training or internship is a part of the curriculum for most professional courses to help you gather real time experience about all that you are studying. There are no specific requirements for the training except for the nature of the project you wish to work on. These jobs are best got through ones own contacts in firms- friends, seniors, batch mates etc or by directly approaching the company you are interested to do the training with. A lot of companies do recruit freshers and then provide them adequate on job training as well. Do also visit the web sites of individual Pharma companies such as Biocon, Intas and pharmaceuticals like Dr. Reddy's, Pfizer, Glaxo, Ranbaxy etc. for a listing on opportunities available with them.
