Can i pursue three courses at the same time. one in regular and another two are distance. one of the distance course is one year . and one one of the distance course is two years. Is it possible. please give a brief advise. and one more thing is it possible in only IGNOU or other university.

However it is not easy to manage two courses simultaneously and managing three will not do justice to any of them.If you are doing an undergraduate course then you cannot take two undergraduate degreees at the same time but if you are pursuing a diploma course then you can go in for one correspondence course and one regular. According to Indian education act-1959 at the same time you cannot be considered for two courses. You may do it but cannot show it in your resume at once. So it is better if you could consult the university authorities and get the complete specific details and do mention them the two or three courses you want to do simultaneously. At IGNOU, learners who are already enrolled in a program of one year or longer duration can also simultaneously register themselves for any certificate programme of 6 months duration. A few universities that offer combination courses are ICFAI, Alagappa University, Devi Lal University in Haryana. If you need further help or guidance you could revert back. All the best.

Some Universities in Tamil Nadu permit you to do one regular and one distance, especially PG Diploma at the same time. IGNOU permits one degree and one certificate course of 6 months duration simultaneously.
