    Hi Anushka,
Yes BCA and BBA are professional degrees. BCA is a degree course that deals with Computer Application/ IT.It is a three year programme and is done after completing 12th.BCA is equivalent to B.Sc IT, the only difference being that in B.Sc a student must have Science in 12th with Maths where as in BCA a student could have either of the two but with Maths as a compulsory subject(This depends on the college which is providing the course).
There are many institutes in India offering this course, like:
M S Ramaiah College of Arts Science & Commerce, Bangalore
    Amity School of Computer Science
    Delhi University
    Guru Gobind Singh IP Univer

Yes , BBA/BCA are graduate degrees like B.Com/BA/BSc. , but if you have keen interest in computers than BCA is good for you.
But it's an IT- recession period and most students are neglecting computer dependent degrees. But days never remain same all the time ,and I hope that when you will be completing your degree ,IT-Recession period will be over.
BCA is definitely a challenging field & has wide scope.
