After a B Com, if you have the mind of an accountant, you may pursue an M Com. MBA is not a bad option if you have a business mind and is confident of your managerial abilities. I suggest that your first do M.Com so that you can acquire more knowledge in your subject. Then you can either do MBA or go for the state PSC / UPSC exam for attempting to make a career in the Govt admin field.
