How to excel in interview ?

Hi! An interview is not a list of strange questions that are hurled at you and which you need to "crack" as most of us believe. It can actually be broken down into some thre basic areas of questions - Self based questions (areas around your personality, strengths, leadership skills etc.), Careers vision questions (short and long term, goal oriented etc.) and Knowledge based questions (what you know ? Largely around your area of work and study and general awareness). Of these areas also it is necessary to focus on the Self area as today most companies look for a personality fit. We suggest you look through in detail the Interview section of this site as there are a number of issues that would be of help to you and feel free to write in for further information. Also remember that first impression is the lasting impression. Remember a job interview is all about marketing yourself skills, abilities & experience. Thus like any other product you buy packaging is extremely important. Physical appearance can either impact or detract from your message. When you dress right, you fit in and this highly impacts your own self-confidence. You are now not self conscious about your appearance and can thus concentrate and focus on the questions asked. People who are well-dressed and well-groomed are generally liked better. Whilst this may not sound fair experience shows the first impression is critical and well dressed people are considered to be more intelligent and competent. well in field like animation you need to have a greatcreativity ,imaginations. moverover you must have great confidence,good command over language,&supportive ans,that you have wide range of interset inthis field.
