We would suggest you to choose any institute based on your priorities like placement record, whether study centre is in your location etc. An important criterion to select an institute is whether it is recognized by AICTE or not. Sikkim Manipal university is famous distance education university,whereas symbiosis college is famous specially for MBA.So,it depends upon your facilities and options available.Both are equally good.IGNOU is much better than these two universities.
