    Hi a Btech fourth year student can definitely appear in the CAT exam. In fact this is the best time to appear since it will allow minim wastage of timein joining a post graduate course after completion of the fourth year. The MBa institutes allow provisional admission to deserving candidates and also give a time period within whichyou will have to show your final year marks and Btech degree. You must be sure that there are no backlogs in your record. One more additional piece of advice is that you should be able to manage your time well to prepare well for CAT as well perform well in your 4th year exam.  All the bes
