Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. If you have a B Tech or M Sc prior to MCA you certainly can try for M Tech. But I can't figure out why you should try for M Tech after MCA. Limca Book of records show that maximum number of professional qualifications attained by a single person is six and that belong to commerce/finance stream!

Hi! Eligibility for M Tech course is usually a BE/ B Tech degree. We would also need to know what graduate degree do you possess. If it is either of these you can pursue a Mtech. Hope this information helps.  All the Best!
