To improve your English language skills you can a) Join an English Language training course with In Lingua or The British Council if these are available in your city. Else any reputed course in Spoken English will help greatly in giving you guidance and confidence. Most cities have training centres for TOEFL or IELTS, do consider enrolling with any of those for building your language skills. Yes, these institutes do help in improving english speaking skills but one has to be focused and committed. b) Language skills are best developed through practice so we recommend that you make a conscious effort to speak, read and write in English

See dear, learning a language is like learning how to ride a bicycle. You cannot learn how to ride by reading great books or literature or newspapers. you cannot say that i will sit on the bicycle until i learn how to. you have to get on the bicycle. try riding. i agree you will fall, get some bruises, friends might laugh, you might bump into problems but ultimately u will master it. Same ways start using english. wrong or right, hardly matters. live english wih your t.v., friends & family, read very easy comics first, then all the english reader books & english workbooks prescribed by ncert. Sing english songs with the help of lyrics

I agree with Mr. Vikas; Another option is that Early in the morning please get up at 04:00 am and than without any other work just take a dictionary and a blank fullscape notebook than write all english words, with their meaning, pronunciation, adjective, noun, pronoun, pronoun, adverb, verb, write atleast 250 words and repeat it by speaking twice a day till 06:00 am. It will help you in understanding words and grammer. It will definitely solve your problem. But it needs your effort, go for it.Wish u all the best.
