What is the difference between DMS and PhD? Can I use title Dr. after DMS?

need help!! what is the difference between DMS (doctorate in management studies) and PHD. can i use the title DR. after completing DMS? which one has got value in the market?

    It is quite obvious that Ph.D is having more value in the market and after doing Ph.D u can add Dr. tiltle before ur initials. DMS is purely into management field and those individual who are in corporates and willing to add on the Doctorate qualification to their resume can do DMS.
