How to start a FM station in a small town?

I want to start an FM station in my home town. There is no radio station in my place and the population is more than 2 lakhs. What are the procedures to get permission from the govt.? From where we have to start the formalities? Please respond as soon as possible. Thnks in advance.

Hi Revanthkumar, Firstly I would say that in order to start your own radio station you might need to get an approval from the ministry of entertainment.
