    Hi, it is a very good idea to learn a foreign language, as it gives you an edge and importantly it also makes your resume look good, hence helping you in getting recruited. However in order for it to make a substantial difference, you need to study the language properly from a good institute. As far as which language to study is concerned, German, French and Spanish are all good. German is a good choice, especially for fields that are technically related. Spanish and French are very widely spoken languages, hence slightly more opportunities to put them to practical use given that you are interested in the travel industry. Japanese is a
