Hay Vinay, In Asiapac region only two countries are known for good VLSI Courses Singapore and Australia. NTU is good in Singapore. In Australia RMIT and Victoria University has a combined VLSI and Micro Electronics course. TOEFL Is must for all Australian Universities now a days. Sydney University
