    Hi Ashish,
It is difficult to say if the institute is fake or not. The institute is ISO certified. It does not carries any AICTE approval to run the courses, and it is not a University to have approval from UGC. The Institute is registered under the Govt. of Maharashtra and has CODL (Centre of Distance Learning) approved courses.
To know more about the institute and the courses it offers, please check the link given below:

In order to provide a degree through distance education it is essential for an institute to have two affiliations.
First the institute should be UGC approved.
Second the institute should be DEC/DEB approved.
If the institute can show the affiliation papers or documents, then the degree given is valid.
A post graduate certificate without UGC & DEC approval is not eligible for any goverment jobs or higher studies

Hi, course structure wise and placement wise ISBM is of repute. We would suggest you to evaluate any institute based on your parameters like location, placement after the course, campus recruitment, part time or full time flexibility, expenses or other infrastructural paraphernalia. An important criterion to select an institute is whether it is recognized by AICTE or not. For distance learning courses, you can also check whether University has the approval of Distance Education Council (DEC). You can check all these details from the website of the institute (http://www.isbm.org.in/). We would also suggest you to contact the alum
