i have done H.S.C FROM COMMERCE ,AND DOING JOB IN LEADING RMC (READYMADE CONCRETE ) COMPANY ,I WANT TO BE PLANT OPERATOR (BATCHER)IS THERE ANY RELATED COURSE THROUGH I CAN BE A BATCHER. KINDLY SUGGEST YOUR IDEAS IN WHICH TECHNICAL FIELD I HAVE TO GO TO GET MY SELF GOING WELL.

Hi, we would not find specilised courses to be a batcher, but if plant operations is what interests you, then you can join the mechanical engineering diploma courses which can be done simultaneously with your job. in RMC what work you are doing ? to become batcher(batching plant operator) you can do ITI .if not possible do certificate course (electrician) from ignou or tnou.but basically experience only matters.so get coach from existing operator.
