Hi,
There are many institutes in India offering M.tech in Embedded Systems like IIT Kharagpur, Visvesvaraya Technological University, JNTU etc.

Hi, you need to be a B.E. / B.Tech. Degree in CSE / ECE / EEE / EIE /I&C / IT,if you plan to pursue M.Tech in Embedded Systems. It will be best for you to opt for an MBA(IT),AS you are a final yr electron &comm B.tech it will be beneficial for you,

You must know 'C' Language along with basics of electronics, processor & controller to work in embedded domain.
