what are the qualification of a career counsellor ?

Hi, a career Counsellor should have a PG Diploma or a degree in Psychology, good communication skills and an insight into different careers. Sometimes a short-term certificate course in guidance is also prefered. Experience of few years in the industry is greatly helpful. Besides these, there maybe some job specific requirements too.All the best! -
There is no traditional qualification as such. You can do course in Physcology in Career and Guidance
