Hi, The eligibility for the Civil Services examination for IAS conducted by UPSC is a degree of a recognised University or equivalent. Hi Vinay, There isn't any minimum percentage to be acquired to be eligible for IAS exam. Its just that you should have cleared your Bachelors degree of a recognised university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Ph
